Eden Park 2 by Tiny Away is nestled in Montegabbione (TR), just past the villages of Carnaiola, Fabro Scalo, and Fabro. Enjoy tiny house living in this beautifully designed tiny house, located only an hour’s drive from Rome. Set on a gently elevated plot above the entrance level, this charming tiny home provides a peaceful escape surrounded by nature.

This 252-square-foot tiny home offers easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flushing toilet, a hand basin, and an electric-heated shower, making it a perfect choice for relaxing holiday homes.

If you're booking for a group, we have two tiny houses, "Eden Park 1" and "Eden Park 2", available with 24 hours' notice in advance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To preserve the calm and quiet atmosphere of our beautiful countryside setting, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

Guests will have access to our cozy tiny home and its surroundings.
- Wi-Fi is available. - Wood BBQ grill is available. - Only one (1) pet is allowed. - Drinking water is available for free. - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. - Swimming pool available in summer for an additional fee. - No smoking allowed inside the tiny house, except outdoors. - Mobile phone reception is good for Vodafone and Wind, but weak for other networks. - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, insects may be present. We recommend bringing insect repellent and appropriate clothing. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the accommodation and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Eden Park 1 by Tiny Away is located in the peaceful province of Montegabbione (TR), just beyond the towns of Carnaiola, Fabro Scalo, and Fabro.
