Nel Verde by Tiny Away is situated in the tranquil town of Gubbio PG, Italy. Just 30 minutes from Fabriano, our tiny houses offer a one-of-a-kind countryside experience surrounded by dense forest, a lake, and the scenery of Gubbio.

Look into local wonders like the Basilica di Sant'Ubaldo, the life-sized Dinosauri in Carne e Ossa, the Funivia Colle Eletto, and the captivating, natural wonders of Grotte di Frasassi and Grotta di Monte Cucco. Each moment here combines nature, history, and adventure unexpectedly.

A cozy 252-square-foot tiny house with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, a hand basin, and an electric-heated shower.

Guests can access our mobile homes and its surroundings, except for the land host's private residence.
- Tap drinking water is available. - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. - No smoking inside, except in designated areas. - Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality. - Mobile reception has a good signal for Vodafone; there is no signal for the rest. - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the property. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.

Take a visit to the historic church of The Basilica di Sant’Ubaldo, located atop Monte Ingino, marking the end point of the “Corsa dei Ceri.” See the Dinosauri in Carne e Ossa – “Extinction” showcasing life-sized dinosaur reconstructions curated by experts. Enjoy the panoramic views of Gubbio with a scenic six-minute cable car ride leading to a café and picnic area at the top. Or explore Europe’s largest cave systems at Grotte di Frasassi and go through vast chambers like the Ancona Abyss and the Gran Canyon. Stroll through Grotta di Monte Cucco’s 30 km limestone galleries and stunning stalactite formations.
