Pine Nut Corner by Tiny Away sits in the quiet town of West Melton - South Island, New Zealand, just 24 minutes from the city of Christchurch and just an hour's scenic journey from Akaroa, renowned for its stunning harbor and rare dolphin sightings.

Or explore local gems like The Willows, a haven for walkers and mountain bikers, and the scenic Halswell Quarry. For adventure enthusiasts, Christchurch Adventure Park promises an exhilarating day out.

If you're in the mood for a bite to eat, check out Fiddlesticks Restaurant and Bar or experience the latest culinary gem, Two Fat Possums, nestled right here in West Melton.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home nestled in a tranquil location under the shade of trees beside a large pond. With easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for your use.

LOCATIONS
Guests will have access to our tiny home and its surroundings, the laneways around the farm, and the small animal enclosure area (which needs permission from your host). Guests are not permitted to visit their land host's private residence or shed unless it is an emergency, such as maintenance, repair, or requires medical attention. Whenever you experience the following incident, please contact your host via phone or message. Lastly, we would also like to remind our guests not to cross other neighbouring properties in the area, as we will not be liable for any accidents or damage outside of our property line. Safety guidelines - We have an unfenced pond, so please be cautious - Given the rural setting, children are welcome under CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION - Please stay clear of the electric fences in some of our farm animal enclosures.
- WiFi is available - Pets are not allowed - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking is allowed inside/outside the tiny home - Farm-guided tour is available by prior arrangement 24 hrs in advance - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Spark has great mobile reception, while Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and 2degrees have weak signals - Farm guidelines will be provided before your booking is confirmed. Kindly read through them and follow all instructions during your visit. Important note: - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
