Guests have full access to the tiny house and the outdoor area around it. You can reach the campground without a 4WD, but if you want to venture further across the property’s trails and open terrain, a 4WD will come in handy.

Sporadic mobile reception can be located around the property. If you travel with Starlink, it works exceptionally well on our property. - No BBQ grill is available - Guests are advised to bring portable power banks in case of low power - Guests are also advised to save energy to avoid running out of electricity - We are on the river, so children have to be supervised 100% also because we are a cattle farm and have wild animals on the property - Smoking outside the tiny house is allowed, place buts in the fire pit. - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please note that more extended stays or late check-outs will incur an extra charge - We operate a Leave No Trace policy. Please take all rubbish with you, as there is no on-site trash collection or nearby dump facility. and a $50 fee charge if rubbish is left behind. PET- FRIENDLY property: - Pets should be kept on a leash at all times. - We welcome up to four pets per booking and allow all types of pets at our campsite - No Pets allowed Inside the Tiny Home, Pets are kept outside only.
