Yellow Rock Views by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful village of Broke-Fordwich, just 157 km north of Sydney and 13 minutes from Pokolbin, NSW. The farm stay is set on a 12-acre secluded property surrounded by lush bushland, open valleys, mountain ranges, and native wildlife. Nearby 1813 cellar door, Yellow Rock Lookout, and Hunter Markets, perfect for those seeking relaxing holiday homes in the Hunter Valley.

This cozy 170-square-foot tiny home features a lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible single bed couch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flushed toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: The tiny house includes stairs leading to the loft for convenient access, though guests should take care when using them.

- No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please bring your own drinking water, food, and firewood - Mobile reception is good for Vodafone, Telstra, and Optus - Some board games, novels and general interest books are available - We would like to advise guests that longer check-outs will incur an additional charge. Safety Guidelines - Keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft are quite steep - Please follow these safety guidelines to avoid potential accidents on the property - Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay Important note: - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our flushed toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.

We had a great time staying here. It is close to the main house but still feels private. Owners are super nice and responsive. It’s a great little spot to stay for a couple nights when exploring the Hunter Valley. Great views and a beautiful drive in.

Our stay here was peaceful, wholesome and quiet. Autumn is such a beautiful time to stay here, the leaves, chilly but sunny mornings and dew on the grass was gorgeous to wake up to. The tiny home was heated when we arrived making for a very comfortable and welcoming stay! The amenities were great, everything you could need was readily available. The small servo around the corner is also very convenient providing medication etc. Overall a wonderful stay, we will definitely be staying again soon!
