Hillside Hideout by Tiny Away, located on Manna Hill Farm, is a cozy tiny house just 30 minutes from Devonport city, in the rural locality of West Kentish. Surrounded by pastures and paddocks, the farm stay offers ever-changing views of Mt Roland and the scenic countryside.

This retreat is part of a collection of holiday homes providing easy access to iconic Tasmanian landmarks like Cradle Mountain, Mersey Bluff Lighthouse, The Tasmanian Arboretum, Tasmazia, and Mole Creek Caves—perfect for both relaxation and exploration.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guests can access the tiny home and farm spaces, but should respect the privacy of other guests in nearby cottages and the Manager's Residence.
- Smoking is not allowed - Gas BBQ Grill is available - There is a friendly farm dog onsite - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality - Recycling bins are provided and composting bins are near the vegetable gardens - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Mobile reception has a good signal for Telstra and Optus; Weak signals for Vodafone and no signals for the rest - The managers live onsite and there are other accommodation cottages on the property and near the accommodation area Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
